PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION ("PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION") hereby provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on repairs performed by PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION. This Lifetime Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle described below and is solely for the person to whom this Lifetime Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order. This agreement covers workmanship only, unless noted otherwise herein.

1. Metalwork: PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all metalwork (to include welding and the materials utilized in making collision repairs) against cracking, flaking, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any defective metalwork warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or unreasonable maintenance/care of the vehicle.


2. Painting: PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation. PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION will re-prime, repaint, re-stripe, or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or unreasonable maintenance/care of the vehicle. This paint warranty is valid only over original factory finishes that are free of defect.


3. Mechanical Repairs: PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining to original collision damage, excluding suspension, air conditioning, or other electrical assemblies or components. PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION will repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, or unreasonable maintenance/care of the vehicle.


4. Parts: PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, unless manufacturer warranty is less, on New OEM parts installed by or at PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION, excluding suspension, air conditioning, or other electrical components. (Please Note: PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION warranty does not exceed Manufacturer warranty.) PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from accident, abuse, misuse or unreasonable maintenance/care of the parts and/or vehicle.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty stipulations noted herein are made a part hereof and fully incorporated herein. This Lifetime Limited Warranty shall be null and void if warranted repair is altered, adjusted, or tampered with by any person not authorized by PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION. This warranty is not transferrable.

Specifically Excluded:

1. Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this Lifetime Limited Warranty, nor are consequential damages, such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair.


2. Rust, including surface rust, rust-through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior panels is not covered.

This agreement is all-inclusive and sets forth any and all warranties made by PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION regarding workmanship and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.

Claim Process: In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do all of the following:

1. Present the owner's copy of this warranty to the General Manager of PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION before requesting warrantable repairs or parts. The vehicle will be scheduled and the repairs will be completed in a timely fashion. The original payee will be obligated for supplementary costs to repair items not covered by this Lifetime Limited Warranty.


2. Must have a copy of the itemized final bill to verify repairs covered by this warranty.


3. Have any warrantable repair, adjustment, or inspection made at the premises of PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION(where covered services provided) during normal business hours.

Except for the express limited warranties contained herein and where prohibited by law, PERFORMANCE AUTOMOTIVE COLLISION disclaims any and all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
